to movement

reach your hand into still air
and pull it
dig your fingers into damp ground
and bring it with you
spread your arms across the ridge
and make it rolling
place your hands at the oak tree's root
and raise it with you
send your chi upon the grass
and feel it bending
give your red eye to the hawk's wing
and learn its calling
make your heart the same with the land
and you'll be green
