mindfulness

 

rest   in the arms

     of a pine    soak in

the sun    stop &

 

breathe in   scent

     wafts up & down

this fine valley

 

cloud forms     fill a vast

     blue sky   to the rim

step into   self   and

 

venture out again    there

     earth turns    spins
