Inside

I love the stillness within me
The spaces where I am free
The years I have traveled
To understand the searching
The holding on and letting go

I'll believe in myself
As long as I can craft
Silence out of chaos
Choose awareness over apathy
Feel time as fluid memory
Get drunk in my passions

My hands stretch out
To the higher self
The curious child that
Ascends wild with bliss
